Once I confirm that your date is available, I’ll send you a full quote based on the collection and additions you’ve selected. After you review and accept the quote, I’ll send over the contract for your signature. To officially reserve your date, you’ll return the signed contract along with a 25% non-refundable retainer (which is applied toward your total).

Absolutely! I’m happy to travel for your event! All my wedding collections, engagement, and bridal sessions include 100 miles of travel. A travel fee will apply if my travel distance is greater than 100 miles from my business address. Accommodation fees apply for events over 2 hours from Newton, NC (depending on location).

Lifestyle sessions include 50 miles of travel.

Yes, all collections lasting 6 hours or longer include a second photographer. If your collection is under 6 hours, a second can be added on.

A second photographer offers notable advantages: capturing alternate angles during important moments, maximizing coverage by photographing multiple events simultaneously, and providing an additional safeguard for both your images and unforeseen staffing circumstances on the wedding day.

For weddings, it's typically around 6 - 8 weeks with a preview of the wedding delivered within 72-hours.

For all other sessions, it's typically around 2 - 4 weeks.

I do not cap or set an exact number for how many images you'll receive from your wedding collection. I provide all images that are fit for gallery delivery. While every wedding is unique, I typically deliver around 60-100 images per hour of shooting.

Both your 72-hour preview and full gallery will be delivered through an online gallery. You will have unlimited download access to all photos in the gallery at no extra charge. I do not limit downloads and you can share the gallery link with family and friends.

I’ve built preparations into my contract to ensure you're fully taken care of in the unlikely event that I’m unable to photograph your wedding. Should that happen, I will arrange for another talented photographer in my trusted network with a similar style and strong work ethic to step in. Your images will still be edited and delivered by me. While this situation has never occurred, and I sincerely hope it never does, you can rest assured that I am fully prepared.

For Sessions - I'll contact you the day before the session if it looks like inclement weather. We can adjust the session time in the day if possible or schedule a rain date.

For Weddings - Rain on a wedding day is widely considered a symbol of good luck and a strong, lasting marriage! I’m well equipped to handle the rain and can adjust to your rain plan.

I shoot with professional DSLR cameras equipped with dual card slots, so every image is instantly backed up as I capture it. I also carry extra equipment to ensure nothing interrupts your day. While I primarily work with natural light, I’m also skilled in flash photography when additional lighting is needed.
